Meeting Days and Times: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 6:30 PM- 7:30 PM Saturdays 6:30 - 7:30 AM
Style of Training Camp: Multi level interval training for a fun and challenging workouts designed for those women looking to build strength, lean muscle tone, lose inches and improve flexibility, while being around other goal oriented and dedicated women as a support system. Activities includes but not limited to Core training, circuit training, high intensity interval, weight and resistance for strength training, hiking, yoga and other indoor/outdoor fun and challenging workout activities.
What to Bring: Desire, positive attitude, Towel, yoga mat, and water
